Your use of the App grants you no ownership rights to the Content. So, you agree not to 

Modify the Content in any way.

• Publish, share, or transmit the Content without written permission. 
• Redevelop the Content for any commercial purpose. 
• Create derivative works based on the Content without authorization. 
• Exploit the Content commercially without our prior written consent. 

6. Subscription and Billing 

Subscription Plans: Astro Guru Book offers various subscription options. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to your chosen plan. 

Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis based on the plan you choose and are non-refundable, except as required by Law. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the App. 

Modifications: Subscription fees and terms may change. We will notify you of any changes, which will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. 

7. Limited Access

Astro Guru Book provides limited access to a selection of books for users to experience our service. 

These Books are available for you to understand the essence of our service before making a commitment. There is no automatic subscription or charges involved with accessing these books. If you find them beneficial, you can opt to subscribe for complete access to the Astro Guru Book. 

8. Privacy Policy 

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. 

9. Disclaimer 

Our App is provided to you “as is” and without any kind of guarantees or promises, whether explicitly stated or implied. Astro Guru Book disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, 

• We don’t warrant the Service being uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 
• We do not warrant that the results obtained using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

This app collects, transmits, and stores your images to enable our image processing feature when you upload an image. We use this data to enhance your experience by providing tailored features and services.
