Astro Guru Book (“we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide a valuable and informative experience for all users. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for purchases made within the Astro Guru Book application (the “App”). 

1. General Policy 

Astro Guru Book subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to address your concerns fairly and promptly. 

2. Eligible Refunds 

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions. 

Technical Issues: If you face any technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the App and its features, our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time. 

Billing Errors: If you were mistakenly billed or charged incorrectly, please notify us immediately.  If confirmed, we will investigate the issue and provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation. 

3. How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, please contact us at support@astrogurubook.com. with the following information. 

• Your name and email address are associated with your Astro Guru Book account. 
• A brief description of the purchase for which you wish to be refunded. 
• The reason for your refund request (if applicable). 
• Any relevant information, such as screenshots supporting your request. 

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within a week. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. 

4. Exclusions

The following conditions are strictly not eligible for refunds.

Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for changes in preferences or dissatisfaction with the content unless it falls under the conditions mentioned above. We recommend using our books (with limited access) to get a glimpse of our service before subscribing and ensure they meet your expectations. 

Partial Periods: We do not offer refunds for partial periods of use or subscriptions canceled before validity expires, except for valid reasons. 

5. Important Note

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes that become effective. Your continued use of the App following the revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
